
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the dive. Same-day cancellation is also free if it's for a genuine reason (illness, weather, family emergency). We trust adults · abuse is rare.
If we cancel for weather/safety, we offer to reschedule on a different day. If you've already left Hurghada and we cancelled, we refund any pre-paid course portions in full (this is rare; usually only e-learning has been paid).
Same 24-hour rule. If you start a multi-day package and stop part-way (illness, injury), we charge only for the dives completed plus a small admin fee (€10) for the unused boat days.
PADI e-learning is non-refundable once activated (PADI charges us regardless). Pool and open-water portions follow the standard 24-hour rule. If a medical issue prevents you from completing the course, we hold your training credit for 12 months · you can finish elsewhere via PADI's Open Water referral system.
Failure to appear without notice is treated as a same-day cancellation. We may decline future bookings for repeat no-shows.
