Privacy Policy

When you book, we collect: name, email, phone (WhatsApp), preferred date, hotel, experience level, optional notes, and language preference. We don't ask for card details · payment is on arrival.

Solely to confirm and run your dive booking, send you the confirmation email and WhatsApp message, and prepare the medical/safety paperwork for the dive day. Marketing emails only if you opt in.

Bookings are stored in our MySQL database hosted by Hostinger (EU data centre). Email delivery via Resend (US-based; we send only the strictly necessary fields).

Booking data is retained for 18 months for accounting and recurring-customer recognition, then anonymised (name, email, phone replaced by hash). You can request earlier deletion any time.

Under GDPR (for EU residents) you can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data. Email [email protected] · we'll respond within 30 days.

This site uses no third-party tracking cookies. We don't run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising tag. The only cookie set is the admin session cookie (HTTP-only, signed) and a locale preference cookie.
