Pinnacle plus wall on the eastern Giftun edge · 50 minutes from the marina, friendly current, dense soft-coral cover.
Umm Gamar
A long thin reef 75 minutes north · drift along the eastern wall, soft-coral cover, and resident napoleon wrasse.
El Mina Wreck
An Egyptian minesweeper sunk in 1969 · the closest wreck to Hurghada marina, 30 minutes by boat. Advanced cert minimum.
Banana Reef · Magic Five
Five connected coral pinnacles 50 minutes east · soft coral on every surface, gentle conditions, the prettiest reef in our rotation.
Sha'ab Sabrina
A quiet alternative when the Giftun reefs are crowded · 40 minutes northeast, sheltered, all-levels diving.
El Aruk
Three coral pinnacles in a sandy bowl · 60 minutes south, gentle profile, the right dive for a relaxed second day.
Turtle Bay · Abu Hashish
A protected bay with a resident green-turtle population · 65 minutes south, shallow profile, the highest turtle-encounter rate in our rotation.
Excalibur Wreck
A small tugboat sunk on Big Giftun's eastern side · 55 minutes by boat, intact bridge structure, advanced cert minimum.
Shaab Iris
A small horseshoe-shaped reef in the Giftun area · 55 minutes east, sheltered lagoon, all-levels diving.
Gota Abu Nugar
An isolated coral pinnacle south of Giftun · 55 minutes south, schools of sweetlips, gentle profile, the right second dive after a deeper morning.
Fanous East & West
Twin reefs north of Hurghada · 35 minutes by boat, easy diving, the everyday workhorse for divers based in the city centre.
Torfa El Shahed
