These terms apply to every booking made via this website, WhatsApp, email, or in person at our base. By booking you accept these terms.
We accept bookings without upfront payment. Confirmation by WhatsApp constitutes a booking. Payment is due in cash or by card on the day of the dive, before the boat departs.
Every diver is required to complete the standard PADI medical declaration on day 1. Where the form flags a condition, a doctor's clearance is required before any dive. We reserve the right to refuse any dive on safety grounds · fees for refused dives are not charged.
All scuba equipment is provided and serviced according to PADI standards. Personal equipment may be brought; we accept no liability for personal-equipment failure during a dive.

Diving carries inherent risk. We comply with PADI safety standards and Egyptian dive-tourism regulations. To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law, our liability for any incident is limited to the value of the booking. We strongly recommend DAN dive insurance for every diver.
We may take group photos and underwater video on our trips. We use these for marketing on our website and social channels. Tell us at the start of the trip if you do not want to be photographed.
These terms are governed by Egyptian law. Disputes are resolved in the competent courts of Hurghada, Red Sea Governorate.
