Transportation:

Transportation time will vary depending on the distance of your hotel and the number of guests. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will provide you with detailed transportation information. For morning dives, pick-up times will range between 06:45 and 08:45, while for afternoon dives, drop-off times will be between 15:00 and 17:00.

To prioritize your comfort and security, we may request your hotel room number as a confidential code between you and the driver. Additionally, we may ask for a phone number to facilitate seamless communication, if necessary.

Confirmation:

Within approximately 24 hours of making your reservation, you will receive a final Booking Confirmation Email. We kindly advise you not to make any other travel arrangements until you have received this confirmation. If you do not find the email in your inbox, please check your Spam folder or contact us via email.

Pick-up Information:

We provide convenient pick-up services from any hotel within Hurghada. Our bus will be stationed outside your hotel, near the main gate, ensuring easy access. Please provide your hotel name and address on the checkout page. The dive center will reconfirm your pick-up time and location no later than one day in advance.
